The share price has been under pressure and has ranged from $0.40 to $0.80 since trading has resumed.  Since $0.80 is the first technical level of support the first buy limit for a half a position is $0.85.  Should the $0.80 support level not hold I believe that the $0.50 level will. Thus, the limit for the second half of full position is $0.55.  Upon the share price stabilizing, there is an argument to be made that the price limit will be raised to a price which is above $1.00. For more see technical chart in my July 18, 2019 update.  Update on UPPR’s developments since March 6, 2019, will be available to subscribers within a few days.

July 15, 2019

Trading suspension lifted and shares now trading again.   Since shares are no longer trading on pink sheets and instead grey market it may be difficult to buy and sell shares at some brokerage firms.   However, TD Ameritrade and Etrade accounts can trade shares. Working on update and will probably raise limit price to above $0.50 based on all of the new major developments since initial recommendation.

Trading in shares suspended until UPPR fulfills SEC document request, etc.   Share price closed at $1.50. Since trading halt will scare some of the existing shareholders who will sell upon trading suspension predict that this will provide opportunity to purchase shares at below $1.00.

June 20, 2019

Share price closed above $2.00 for the first time since 2014.

June 7, 2019

Share price closed at $1.05.  First time that share price has closed at or above $1.00 since February 2015.

May 15, 2019

Share price has closed at $0.60 or above for the past three consecutive days.  The last time the shares closed at or above $0.60 was March of 2017.  From March 6, 2019, through May 7, 2019, there were 30 days in which the share price for UPPR traded for as low as $0.50.  There were six days during the period in which the share price traded at $0.40.  Patience paid off.
